PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant from SkyGeek does double duty to protect your aircraft from corrosion while stopping leaks and delivering a reliable seal. The two-part, BMS 5-95 Type I, Class B-2 Spec sealant is sold in a 2.5-ounce SemKit where each component is kept separate until just before use. Once mixed, the sealant is activated and begins the slow process of curing. PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant is easy to use and is a low-sag formula, so it's easily applied to vertical or horizontal surfaces. the sealant is gray in color and blends in well with most surfaces on the aircraft. The sealant has a wide service temperature range from -65ºF (-54ºC) to 250ºF (121ºC) and can withstand intermittent excursions up to 275ºF (135ºC), making it the ideal choice for use all over the aircraft.
