PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant from PPG Industries is the lightweight corrosion protection you've been looking for. The MIL-PRF-81733D, Type 2, Class 1, GA Spec corrosion inhibitive sealant is gray and goes on smooth, stopping leaks and corrosion. Designed for use on parts of the aircraft exposed to moisture and other corrosives, the sealant maintains flexibility long after it cures. The sealant is designed to be applied by an extrusion gun and is thick enough for vertical applications.

PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant from SkyGeek is strong and resilient. The sealant has a service temperature range of -65ºF (-54ºC) to 250ºF (121ºC) and can withstand intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 275ºF (135ºC). Used as a barrier against the common causes of corrosion, PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant works best on aluminum alloys. When cured, PPG Aerospace® P/S 870 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant is resistant to jet fuels and aviation gasoline. The two-part thixotropic sealant is sold in a 2.5-ounce SemKit.
