ROYCO® 44 Black MIL-T-5544C/AMS-2518B Spec Graphite & Technical Petrolatum Anti-Seize Compound - 1.75 lb Can

Prevent your aircraft’s important components from seizing up by treating them with ROYCO 44 Anti-Seize Compound from SkyGeek. The compound meets MIL-PRF-5544C specifications and features a unique blend of graphite and technical petrolatum to help prevent threads from locking in place. The heavy-duty anti-seize compound was specially developed for use on aircraft engine spark plugs, igniters, and threaded fasteners and fittings, allowing them to be removed as necessary for maintenance and replacement. These specific components are subjected to a high degree of heat and are more likely to seize. ROYCO 44 has a consistency similar to modeling clay and is black in color, making it easy to recognize and to manipulate.

Please note that due to the graphite used in the formulation of ROYCO 44, this material should not be used in places where it may come in contact with aluminum, magnesium, cadmium, or zinc alloys and platings. Because ROYCO 44 conducts electricity readily, the mating of dissimilar alloys, which may create an electrical potential, should be avoided.

ROYCO 44 meets the requirements and is qualified to the latest revision level of SAE-AMS-2518, which supersedes and replaces MIL-SPEC: MIL-T-5544.
