ROYCO® 483 is a light-green rust and corrosion-inhibiting compound that is used to preserve gas turbine engines. The formula is used on engines that are normally lubricated with mineral-based fluids. Ashless and clear, ROYCO® 483 Turbine Engine Anti-Corrosion Compound features a highly refined petroleum base oil to better protect the engine, guarding against humidity and neutralizing oxidation. ROYCO® 483 Turbine Engine Corrosion Preventative Compound is typically used as a preservation grade engine oil during moderate outdoor or long-term indoor storage. It can also be used as a temporary flyaway oil.

ROYCO® 483 Turbine Engine Anti-Corrosion Compound is easy to use. Fill the engine as normal and then run at idle until normal operating temperatures are reached.
