What makes this cleaner so effective is its special formulation; it's designed to remove heavy deposits of grease, oil, hydraulic fluid, and carbon deposits. This is due in part because of its neutral pH formula, which contains emulsifiers, stabilizers, surfactants and a selection of corrosion inhibiting additives designed specifically for aircraft substrates. This no-flash point formula allows for safe application anywhere on the aircraft. Although Calla 800 is primarily considered an exterior aircraft cleaner, the qualification to MIL-C-87937D Type IV allows it not only to be used for full aircraft wash, but for interior spot cleaning in areas that can be completely dried by handwiping or forced air drying.
