Mix both components of AP 280 completely prior to applying it to an area
Use spatula to apply non-curing and pressure-sensitive putty/aluminum mix at about 15 mils (381 microns) thick
Let mix stand for 1 to 2 hours so that it gains “tack”
Manipulate mix to lay heater element into putty compound
A kit of uncatalyzed silicone resin with a select grade of aluminum powder Pre-ratioed Maintain an excellent bond while exhibiting vibration resistance and flexibility over a very broad temperature range from -100°F to 550°F (-73°C to 288°C) in continuous service Putty-like consistency of AP 280 exhibits a high degree of flexibility and adhesion while functioning as an excellent heat sink
