HUNTSMAN® EPOCAST® 169A-1/9646 Red-Brown Epoxy Syntactic - Quart Kit

Huntsman® EPOCAST® 169A-1/9646 Epoxy Syntactic is a low-density foam that quickly fills gaps and voids between surfaces before curing at room temperature. Once cured, the foam takes on a wood-like appearance and is even carvable, making it the ideal material for performing repairs and restorations. The epoxy syntactic has good dimensional stability under normal conditions and resists humidity with ease. The foam-like substance is pourable for easier application and can be used for reinforcing honeycomb structures. For a non-flow paste consistency, EPOCAST® 169A-1 can be mixed with EPOCAST® 9646-A Hardener at the same mix ratio.

Huntsman® EPOCAST® 169A-1/9646 Epoxy Syntactic from SkyGeek is sold in a two-part kit with enough material to make 1 quart of epoxy. The low-density foam has a red-brown color when mixed, so it’s easy to see where it has been applied. Once cured, the epoxy has excellent strength and structure. Kits are sold individually, but for larger orders, volume pricing is available when you buy in bulk.
