Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9825™ Epoxy Paste Adhesive is a low-density single-component epoxy syntactic designed of ruse on honeycomb composite parts requiring high compressive strength. The adhesive has the unique ability to withstand temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), making it the ideal choice for high-heat applications. Use Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9825™ Epoxy Paste Adhesive for fastening, attachment potting and panel edge reinforcing. The flexible formula will not sag for vertical applications and because it is non-expanding, the adhesive can be used in tight spaces.

Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9825™ Epoxy Paste Adhesive may be applied by automated, pneumatic or hand lay-up techniques. It is a fantastic choice for reinforcing honeycomb sandwich panels or for fastener or attachment inserts. The adhesive offers dual cure or step cure processing capability for freedom and varied use. It has high compression strength performance up to 350°F (177°C) and long-term heat aging performance at 350°F (177 °C). The adhesive can be drilled and sanded without damage and offers low fluid absorption and is sold in a 6-ounce cartridge.
