CHT Silcoset 153 Clear RTV Adhesive Sealant Paste - 75ml Tube

CHT Silcoset 153 is a ready-to-use adhesive sealant paste. The adhesive cures at room temperature and is one of a range of solvent-free acetoxy cure products.

This is a 1 component, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanising) silicone adhesive sealant. The solvent-free product emits a slight vinegary smell that rapidly disappears after curing. The product exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to a range of substrates and cures quickly at room temperature when in contact with atmospheric moisture. This product is not recommended for copper or any associated alloys or electronic assemblies.

The sealant also provides excellent electrical insulation and resistance to ageing, weathering and various chemical products. It also offers adequate flexibility at a range of extreme temperatures, ranging from -60°C to +225°C.
