Brackett BDW-R22A Robinson R-22 Mechanical Ground Handling Wheel Set

The Brackett BDW-R22A Mechanical Ground Handling Wheel Set features a superior dual wheel design that still fits the original single when fitting, giving more control and better stability without costly retrofitting. The BDW-R22A Ground Handling Wheel Set comes complete with two wheels, a frame and a handle bar. The wheel set is designed for use on Robinson R22 aircraft with a skid tube diameter of 2". When installed, the wheel set provides a skid lift of approximately 3" to easily clear most ground hazards.

The Brackett BDW-R22A Mechanical Ground Handling Wheel Set is designed to offer temporary mobility to your aircraft when it is on the ground. Each wheel set weighs approximately 22 pounds and includes two air-filled tires. The frame of the wheel set is finished with an orange powder coating for better protection during outdoor use. The ground wheels are designed to be removed before flight and the high-visibility orange frame offers a visual reminder to ground crews. Wheel sets are sold individually.
