BOSTIK® 7132K BMS 5-127 Type 3, Class 2 Rev J Spec Solvent Borne Adhesive - Gallon Can

Bostik two-component adhesive kits contain everything you need to make a strong, durable adhesive that can be used throughout your aircraft. Bostik ADH 7132K is a kit containing Bostik 7132R/Boscodur 24T as a two-component adhesive system specifically designed for use in the vacuum form bonding of PVC films to wood, fiberboards, and most porous substrates. Characterized by its high green strength, the system permits for edge trimming immediately after removal from the vacuum former.

In addition to securing strong, resilient anchorage to PVC, Bostik 7132R displays inherently high adhesion to polyolefin foams, polyester films, most plastic laminating films, foils, sheet metal surfaces, and to cellulosic surfaces in general. In layman’s terms, that means it can bond basically anything on your aircraft. Boscodur 24T is used to ensure the development of heat and creep resistant bonds. The A+B kit is easy to use and components are pre-measured for your convenience. Simply mix the supplied parts together in the larger can and you’ll have one gallon of adhesive that’s ready to go whenever you are. The adhesive is made to cure at room temperature, so you won’t need any extra tools or tricks to get it to set.
