PPG® Semco® Model 285-E 220-Volt Portable Electric SEMKIT® Sealant Package Mixer

The PPG® Semco® Model 285-E Semkit® Package Mixer from SkyGeek automates the process of mixing filled Semkit packages. The mixer is designed to reduce worker fatigue while also ensuring a smooth, consistent mix for better results. The Model 285-E mixer operates on a 220-volt power supply and features a heavy-duty motor that powers the drive spindle, which rotates the mixing rod in the cartridge. While the machine is rotating the mixing rod, the operator moves the cartridge vertically, resulting in a smooth, even mixture with less work from the user.

The 285-E Semco Semkit Mixer is designed to make mixing Semkits as easy as possible. The mixer also includes a built-in bell timer that chimes to indicate when the mix cycle is finished. The semi-automatic Semco electric mixer is easy to use and reduces the time needed to thoroughly mix Semkits. The portable mixing machine has a small footprint and is designed for tabletop use. A dial on the front of the device allows the user to set the cartridge size, while a toggle switch on top allows for one-handed start and stop functions.
