PPG® Semco® 232280 Model 120 Mini Dispensing Gun

The Semco Model 120 Mini Dispensing Gun is designed for the precise application of all types of viscous materials - including liquids, pastes, etc. - packaged in 1 oz. (37 cc) Semco disposable minicartridges or Semkit packages for multi-component materials. Versatile for any assembly, bonding, potting or sealing application in the electronics, aerospace and other industrial markets.

The Semco Model 120 Mini Dispensing Gun's small size and light weight allows for continuous hand service at any ordinary work station or in confined areas at odd angles. When the palm grip trigger is depressed, air pressure pushes against the plunger which allows for positive, even dispensing. The product continues to flow until the spring loaded trigger is released, thereby permitting a drop, bead or shot to be accurately applied. The amount of material dispensed is determined by air line pressure, nozzle or needle size, and length of time the trigger is depressed. The gun can effectively function with air pressure ranging between 0-70 PSI.

The threaded retainer provides a leak-proof seal and permits quick replacement of cartridges. Clean up is minimal because the precision molded cartridges, nozzles, needles and Sem-Luer adapters are disposable. When used in conjunction with these Semco disposable products, the exact amount of material can be delivered at the precise location desired. Disposable Semco specialized nozzles, Sem-Luer adapters and Sem-Needles allow usage to be tailored to the applicator's need.
