PPG Aerospace® PR-1775 B-1/2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant from SkyGeek goes to work as soon as it cures, protecting your aircraft from the common causes of corrosion. The corrosion-inhibitive sealant works as a physical barrier against moisture and aviation chemicals, preventing anything from touching the surfaces that might cause harm. The gray sealant goes on smoothly and is easy to see where it has been applied, allowing for more complete coverage and better protection overall.

PPG Aerospace® PR-1775 B-1/2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant is a non-chromate formula and boasts a wide service temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with short-term recurring exposure (approximately 6 hours) to 360°F (182°C). The sealant works best on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals, protecting against corrosion even in the presence of jet fuel and aviation gas. The two-part formula ha a manganese dioxide-cured Permapol® P-5 polysulfide base and exhibits low sag for easy application to any surface. The sealant cures at room temperature and is sold in a pre-measured pint-size kit.
