Miller-Stephenson Dry Lubricant from SkyGeek is designed to go on smoothly and to deliver excellent lubrication at a low price. The formula works particularly well as a release agent, helping to release molds without a lot of effort. Whether fabricating new parts in a factory or creating your own custom molds, this lubricant works overtime to make sure your projects turn out perfect. The lubricant uses the magic of DuPont's Teflon® chemistry to create suspensions of low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymers. These white, waxy particles of PTFE have the slickness of Teflon® in an easy to apply form. The outstanding lubricity and low coefficient of friction of PTFE is perfect for use as a dry film lubricant and as a release agent in molding operations.
Miller-Stephenson MS-122XD Dry Lubricant is an excellent release agent with the added advantage of superior release action in the initial cycles. It works well for all applications and can be used as a general-purpose lubricant in most situations. It is sold in a simple aerosol can for easy application and a uniform coating.
Slippery, with outstanding lubricity (low coefficient of friction).\r\n Thermally stable (from cryogenic to 500°F/260°C).\r\n Nonflammable.\r\n Chemically inert.\r\n Insoluble.\r\n Non-migrating (contain no silicones). \r\n\r\nUse MS-122XD and MS-143XD for application to molds up to 212°F (100°C). For preheated molds above 212°F\r\n(100°C), use water-based MS-136W or MS-145W.
