Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9895™ Epoxy Adhesive form SkyGeek is a pre-impregnated polyester peel product that is supplied in film form for simplified application. The film is a specially designed resin system that is capable of curing at temperatures as high as 350°F (177°C), making it the ideal choice for high-heat applications. Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9895™ Epoxy Adhesive is compatible with all kinds of state-of-the-art composite prepreg resin systems and will leave minimal residual peel ply fibers at the bond surface after curing and removal for a cleaner finish and smoother application. Once bonded, no further processing steps are required, eliminating the need for sand and solvent wipe operations. Because no secondary processing steps are needed, bonding using Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 9895™ Epoxy Adhesive is faster and more cost-efficient.

The epoxy adhesive film has an amber tint for enhanced visibility, allowing you to visually inspect all bond surfaces for even and complete adhesive application before bonding is complete.
