Chemetail Naftoseal® MC-780 B-2 Fuselage and Fuel Tank Sealant from SkyGeek is the smart choice for sealing cracks, filling gaps and sealing around fasteners. The two-component, manganese-dioxide-cured polysulfide polymer system has a low density, so it it’s easy to spread and fills even the smallest cracks. Chemetail Naftoseal® MC-780 B-2 Fuselage and Fuel Tank Sealant is formulated to be resistant to aviation gasoline and jet fuel, as well as most aviation chemicals and petroleum-based products. The sealant has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to 130°C (266°F) and can even withstand intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 182°C (360°F).

Chemetail Naftoseal® MC-780 B-2 Fuselage and Fuel Tank Sealant is easy to use and can be applied to most types of metal substrates including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, titanium and composite. It can also be applied to most types of coatings and easily withstands extreme temperatures, weather exposure and stress. Chemetail Naftoseal® MC-780 B-2 Fuselage and Fuel Tank Sealant consists of two components that must be mixed before application. Once mixed, the sealant forms a thixotropic paste that may be applied by extrusion, injection gun or spatula. The sealant will cure at room temperature, but cure times can be reduced with the application of heat.
