PPG Aerospace® PR-1523-M Adhesion Promoter from SkyGeek is a brown liquid formulated to enhance the coupling characteristics of polyurethane compounds to neoprene surfaces. The adhesion promoter does exactly what the name implies - promotes a stronger bond and longer-lasting durability. The single-part formula is designed to be applied by brush for better control and smoother application. Once applied, the promoter cures at room temperature in approximately 30 minutes. For the best results, wait until the promoter is completely cured before applying a polyurethane adhesive.
