PERMATEX® 82180 Ultra Black® Maximum Oil Resistance RTV Silicone Gasket Maker - 3.35 oz Tube

Permatex® Ultra Black® Gasket Maker is a single-component, room temperature, vulcanizing, gasketing compound that is designed to provide reliable "formed-in-place" gaskets for mechanical assemblies. The gasketing material cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a tough, flexible, silicone rubber gasket wherever it is placed. The product remains pliable for several minutes after extruding to provide ample time to manipulate the compound into the desired shape. Once cured, the product resists aging, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking or cracking. The special formula is designed to provide increased oil resistance and complies with all types of extended warranty requirements for various engines and mechanical assemblies. Permatex® Ultra Black® Gasket Maker is OEM specified.

Please note that Permatex® Ultra Black® Gasket Maker should not be used in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials. The gasket maker is sold in a three-ounce tube and ships quickly. A manufacturer's certification may be added for an additional charge.
