DAPCO® 2100 Primerless Silicone Firewall Sealant from SkyGeek is a thixotropic silicone paste used in various stages of aircraft construction, repair and maintenance. While primarily used as a sealant, DAPCO® 2100 can also be used as a coating or even a filleting material. The sealant delivers excellent resistance to fire and exposure to phosphate ester fluids. DAPCO® 2100 Primerless Silicone Firewall Sealant has a service temperature range of -65ºF (-54ºC) to 400ºF (204ºC), so it can also be used as an insulating or ablative heat shield. DAPCO® 2100 Primerless Firewall Sealant is sold in a convenient 2.5-ounce cartridge, so it's easy to store, transport and apply in the field. The one-part sealant goes on smooth and cures slowly, offering plenty of work time to get the seal just right. The non-volatile formula is qualified to BMS-5-63, AMS3374, BAMS 552-004 and CMNP009 standards.
