The two-part adhesive is brown in color and comes in a 48.5 mL cartridge with a divider down the middle that keeps the two parts completely separate until dispensing. Once mixed together, the adhesive is activated, allowing it to cure and form a strong bond between dissimilar substrates.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive not only offers a strong hold, it's also resilient to impact. That means it's the perfect choice for areas that will be subjected to shocks and collisions. Once mixed, the adhesive resists sagging for approximately 30 seconds, giving you plenty of time to get your pieces in place. It remains flexible enough to handle for 60 minutes. The adhesive cures at room temperature, but the addition of heat helps speed the curing process when faster bonding is needed. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately seven days.
