Our SCAT 8 model works with temperatures as low as -65 degrees and as high as 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy this lightweight and versatile ducting for all of your ventilation needs. HBD/Thermoid ducting is made of a single ply red silicone impregnation combined with a copper-coated steel wire inside and wrapped with an exterior fiberglass cord. The SCAT 8 minimizes waste since short sections can be joined together to form a continuous length. This ducting type is not recommended for negative pressure applications. Use an 11 foot HBD/Thermoid SCAT 8 for temporary or permanent installations to satisfy a variety of applications.
