Loctite® Pro Lock Tight® is an all purpose gel that locks, seals and retains threaded joints. It can lock nuts, bolts, screws and studs and can lock adjusting screws in any position, thread 1/8 inch to 1-1/2 inches. It also retains bearing, holds pins and bushings, and seals pipe threads and flanges. This product is economical by the fact that a small amount does the work of a lock washer, set screw or locking nut. Loctite Tight converts to an insoluble hard plastic after assembly that resists most chemicals, liquids and gases. The product allows for disassembly with standard hand tools. It can be used in temperature areas up to 148°C.
