PPG® Deft® 44-GN-007 Low-Density Epoxy Primer goes on like a typical coating, with either a brush, roller or spray applicator. PPG® Deft® 44-GN-007 Low-Density Epoxy Primer is a two-component, barium chromated, water-reducible, chemically cured, epoxy polyamide primer that helps combat corrosion and guards against a wide range of chemical damage.
PPG® Deft® 44-GN-007 MIL-PRF-85582E Low-Density Epoxy Primer is easy to apply and is chemical and solvent-resistant for a better, longer-lasting finish. The coating is resistant to immersion in hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids and distilled water. Use it to protect your aircraft while priming it for an epoxy topcoat. The primer is sold in a quart-size kit with two components that should be mixed just before use for maximum effectiveness. Kits are sold individually and volume pricing is available when you buy in bulk.
