PPG Aerospace® PR-1828 B-1/2 Fuel Tank Sealant goes on smoothly and cures quickly forming a resilient bond that adheres well to most common aircraft substrates. The type 2, class B-1/2, grade 1 spec fuel tank sealant is a two-part, epoxy-cured Permapol® P-3 polythioether compound with low sag and excellent hold. Because it cures so quickly, it's the ideal choice for repairs and maintenance work, getting you off the ground and back into the sky faster than ever. The sealant can cure at low temperatures and is unaffected by changes in relative humidity.
