The adhesive will expand at temperatures ranging from 250°F (121°C) to 350°F (177°C), giving users control over how the adhesive responds. The closed cell expanding technology and resistance to sagging during cure make the adhesive particularly well-suited to structural applications requiring a core splice film in paste form. Henkel LOCTITE® AERO EA 460™ Foaming Epoxy Core Splice Adhesive is qualified to Boeing BMS 5-90 Type IV specifications and has a 30-day out time at 77°F (25°C).
