Mitigate the risks associated with electrostatic discharge on your aircraft’s surfaces by applying AkzoNobel 10P2-3/EC-110 Anti-Static Conductive Coating from SkyGeek. The flat black aircraft coating produces an anti-static conductive film coating on fiberglass components, preventing electrostatic discharge and keeping you safe in the sky. During flight, static electricity can build up on your aircraft's surfaces, discharging suddenly and potentially causing damage to critical components. Eliminate those risks by applying an anti-static conductive epoxy coating from SkyGeek. Once applied, the coating causes the surface to be conductive, allowing static changes to dissipate harmlessly rather than accumulate and discharge spontaneously.
AkzoNobel 10P2-3/EC-110 Anti-Static Conductive Coating can be applied wherever there is a concern for static electricity to build up. Apply it to fuel tanks, fuel lines, composite structures and other critical components where static electricity could cause a safety hazard or potentially interfere with the aircraft's electrical systems. The flat black coating goes on easily and starts protecting as soon as it is cured. The critical coating is sold in a quart-size kit.
