Parker O-Lube O-ring lubricant from SkyGeek is designed to make your aircraft's O-rings and rubber seals easier to install. All it takes is a thin layer of Parker O-Lube to get your rubber O-rings and seals to slide right into place. Parker O-Lube is a barium-based petroleum grease that's specially formulated to facilitate installation while extending the service life of synthetic rubber O-rings and seals. The protective lubricant also reduces maintenance demands and helps keep your aircraft in commission longer. A thin film of Parker O-Lube applied to the seal itself, as well as the surfaces over which the seal will travel, is suggested for best results. Parker O-Lube has a thick texture and is easy to apply with a finger, a brush or a spatula. It is non-toxic and non-irritating, making it easy and safe to apply. It boasts excellent surface adherence characteristics and lubricity with inherent water resistance, making it a great choice for moist or humid environments. This lubricant is especially recommended for low pressure pneumatic systems as well as reciprocating and low speed rotary or oscillating applications.

The original Parker O-Lube is well suited for most sealing applications within a -20°F to +300°F temperature range. It is not recommended for use in systems that use micron filters or that come in contact with seal materials that are insulated for petroleum oil service such as silicone, butyl or ethylene propylene. For these types of applications, we recommend you use Parker Super O-Lube instead. Please note that parker O-Lube should also not be used in systems where pure oxygen is present as fire or an explosion may result. Once opened, the lubricant has a one-year shelf life. A manufacturer's certification may be ordered with the lubricant for a small additional charge. For questions about Parker O-Lube or for help ordering, please don't hesitate to give our friendly customer service representatives a call. At SkyGeek, we're always ready to share our expertise and product recommendations.
