The flame retardant tape protects against all kinds of hazards, including moisture and corrosion. Acting as a physical barrier against things that can harm your aircraft, the 18-inch wide tape is made to be used to seal floor joints in wet areas like galleys, lavatories and entryways. Recommended by Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, the self-sealing tape boasts a strong urethane-based adhesive backing that forms a strong, long-lasting bond, even went applied directly over wet sealant.
