This lusterless enamel paint has a semi-gloss appearance as well as an olive drab color. It acts as a rust-inhibitor as well as a one or two-coat primer and/or finishing system. Skilcraft's 24084 takes only one(1) hour to dry dust-free and can be handled in three(3) hours. All this while being environmentally responsible by containing no ethylene chloride, CFCs or ozone-depleting compounds.
