PPG Aerospace® PR-1775 B-2 Gray AMS-3265E Class B-2 Spec Non-Chromate Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant - Quart Kit

PPG Aerospace® PR-1775 B-2 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant from SkyGeek is a two-part compound designed to deliver a reliable seal and better protection against some of the most common causes of corrosion. The non-chromate sealant has a service temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with short-term recurring exposure (approximately 6 hours) to 360°F (182°C). Once in place and cured, the sealant acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion like moisture and chemical exposure.

PPG Aerospace® PR-1775 B-2 AMS-3265 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealant is tough. The two-part manganese dioxide cured Permapol® P-5 polysulfide compound goes on smoothly and is a low sag, thixotropic paste. Apply it with an extrusion gun or spatula for fantastic results. Once in place, the sealant cures at room temperature to form a resilient bond with excellent adhesion to most aviation substrates. The sealant is sold in a quart-size kit, so there's plenty to tackle even your biggest projects. The individual components are pre-measured to ensure a perfect blend, every time.
