Huntsman Epocast® 1629-A/B Epoxy Syntactic from SkyGeek is a beige-tan, self-extinguishing, ultra-low density system that is used for edge reinforcing of honeycomb structures. It can be extruded or spread with a putty knife and resists slumping when used on vertical surfaces, making it a great choice for a variety of applications. Huntsman Epocast® 1629-A/B Epoxy Syntactic sands and machines easily when cured and is a non-PBDE containing material. It can successfully be used as a replacement for Epocast® 87005 A/B-80 epoxy syntactic, Epocast® 87005 A/B-60 epoxy syntactic, Epocast® 87269 A/B epoxy syntactic, Epocast® 87005 A/B-61 epoxy syntactic, and Epocast® 87005 A/BE- 60 epoxy syntactic.
